Table JFK- The LEO Effect

On January 23, 1963 the FEC railroad workers went on strike. This led to the signing of President Kennedy's last executive order

  • On November 9, 1963 This EO was signed:
    • Executive Order 11127
      Creating an emergency board to investigate a dispute between the Florida East Coast Railway Company and certain of its employees
    • Signed: November 9, 1963
    • Federal Register page and date: 28 FR 12079; November 13, 1963
    • Revoked by: EO 12553, February 25, 1986 by President Ronald Reagan

As a note, "On November 9, 1963, East Germany issued the ... 10 pfennig stamp to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Crystal Night, that night of terror when Nazis roamed the cities of Germany and Austria killing Jews and burning synagogues.  The stamp depicts a burning synagogue and, in the foreground, the yellow badge which all Jews were required to wear under Nazi rule."

11/9/1963 "November 9 Explosion at Mikawa coal mine, Fukuoka, kills 458"  Mitsui POW Mine at Omuta #17-F-- Now Carlyle Group "Omuta Rex" Shopping Center

11/22/1963 President Kennedy Assassinated;

on the same day National City Lines. Inc., a holding company, acquired 75% of the outstanding stock of Fort Wayne Leasing, Inc., for $200,000 at closing and an additional $150,000 to be paid over the next five years contingent on Fort Wayne's earnings.

11/23/1963 "November 23 First Satellite news transmission begins between Japan and the US. The first transmission was news of Kennedy’s assassination "

The FEC Ry Co investigation, among others which were distracted and put off or forgotten due to the terrorist act of assassination, was a direct threat to the SAINTs vertical axis of power. We see President Kennedy's power placed on the vertical axis in 1963 literally severed the arms of the SAINT, cutting off the vertical, albeit coiling ultimate descent of gold bonds to the Organization. Proceeds of The Double Treasury, Double Pennsy Bankruptcy, the Van Sweringen Empire, the 1929 stockmarket crash, and the Home Owners Loan Corporation were in danger of being cut off. The presence of JFK- FEC in 1963 prior to S-1 -99, i.e. before maturity of the first 99 yr. lease and 100- yr. bond of SAINT 1, blocked future access to gold bonds at 2039, 2038, 2042, 2050 and worst of all, at 2063, 1 100- yr. bond past the assassination. We see that the President's cup would likely collect centuries of the SAINTs blood money if the FEC was scrutinized.

We see at 2049 and 2039SH (Fred Shoaff) the descent of 2011 (Geo. E. Sebring Company Plat of Sebring, FL), 2022 (Clarence F. and Minie V. Kryder Plat of Kryders Additions), and 2033 (Federal Home Loan mortgage bonds) is halted. We see that bonds at 2015, 2034 and 2054 (Home Owners Loan Corporation, and 2050 (North American Properties) were literally trapped in the arms of the President's power. Most significantly of all is that his power severed the vertical axis at 1963, cutting off the hundred year bonds of SAINT 1, SAINT 2, SAINT 3, the Denver & Rio Grande Western, The Florida East Coast RR, The Norfolk Western, The Scottish Western Investment Company, and the Scottish National Trust Company 1,2,3., as well as those of Lincoln Trust Company 1860-1975 and National City Bank 1998.

Indelible Blood of the SAINTS

By ordering the Florida East Coast Railway Company investigation in 1963, President Kennedy's power intersected that of the 1907 Michael Valentine Fleming Scottish Western Investment Company and the 1924 First Scottish National Trust Company at 1861. Descent of the two war Treasuries of 1865 to 1965 Viet Nam war treasure was in danger of being blocked. (Ian Fleming 1965, The Man with the Golden Gun)

Sixty three years equidistant from the axis, on the other side of the SAINTs pole, on the same road where he crossed swords with Civil War blood money, along which is buried World War II treasure which he cut off from 2045, President Kennedy's power intersected the 1907 Michael Valentine Fleming Scottish Western Investment Company and the 1924 First Scottish National Trust Company at

1947, Mr. Young and Robert J. Bowman, the president of the Chesapeake & Ohio, were invited to serve on the Central board in recognition of the Chesapeake & Ohio stock interest, but this was prevented by Interstate Commerce Commission objections on legal grounds.In order to overcome these legalistic objections, Messrs. Young and Kirby and the Alleghany Corporation recently announced that they had divested themselves of any stock interst in the Chesapeake & Ohio. Their holdings had been sold to Cyrus S. Eaton, Cleveland financier, who succeeded Mr. Young as chairman of the C & O. The maneuver by the Young-Kirby group was intended to qualify these personalities for inclusion on the New York- Central board. The Young group had been in control of C & O since 1937, when it bought control of the former Van Sweringen empire, centered in the Alleghany Corporation, for less than $3,000,000 from the Ball Foundation. At that time the Alleghany common stock was under water, but, as a result of progress made in the interim, now has a positive book value. "
