Z Zimmerman Hugus IIIMr. Z Zimmerman Hugus III passed away May 31, 2006, at the Watauga Medical Center after a short illness.He was born in San Francisco, Calif., in 8/10/1949, the son of Z Zimmerman Hugus Jr. and Nancy Regin Hugus.Mr. Hugus graduated from the St. Paul Academy in St. Paul, Minn., in 1968 and was a student in the School of Design at North Carolina State University in Raleigh.Survivors include his sister, Carily Hugus and brother-in-law, Stephen Mesi, of Alhambra, Calif.; his brother, Richard Hugus and niece, Elise Hugus, of Falmouth, Mass.; and his sister, Patty Hugus Dale; and brother-in-law, Michael Dale, and niece, Julia Dale, and a nephew, Ian Dale of Boone, N.C.Mr. Hugus’ beautiful spirit will endure in our hearts.Austin & Barnes Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Hugus family
