No Federal I.D. for Barrett's Tax-Free Holdings which bought out the Bank

Fort Wayne National Corporation, as a Barrett enterprise, was incorporated without a Federal I.D. Number for the first thirteen years of its existence, 1969-1982, until the Kryder Company, Inc. expired.

In 1969, William N.Salin, from the same law firm Beers, Mallers, Backs, and Salin, Beers (then the County Attorney) and where Maxfield (our North American Cousin was of counsel), became Secretary of State while Thomas M.Moorhead became Vice-President of the Allen County Bar. Walter P. Helmke became an Indiana State Senator in 1970 and in that year thousands of Indiana corporation files were lost.

Attorneys to whom I have showed these Articles laughed at me as though I didn't know what was what, saying, "These are not the Articles of a Bank Holding Company."

There is no record in Indiana or the SEC, where FWNC had filings, that the Articles were ever re-stated.

Robert S. Walters, of the law firm Barrett and McNagny, whose Barrett Law takes up its own depatment within the City/County complex, ended up with Walter P. Helmke's 1982 Deed to the old Standard Building.

The day after the mother of Carla Jean Mason alleged in the Helmke Warrant that Frank Kryder assaulted her daughter, "Fort Wayne Bank Building,Inc." was incorporated 4/20/1966 by Keegan, Simon, and Dodd. Thomas M. Moorhead parted company with Bordner and became a member of Shoaff, Simon, Keegan, and Baird prior to joining Baker and Daniels which is now Baker and Daniels and Shoaff.
The corporation Fort Wayne Bank Building, Inc. was "held" in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 25 years after the allegations of Jean Mason. Upon Dissolution in 1991, title to the property was transferred to New York Life.
