Walter P.Helmke certified the Standard Building Company, Inc. was a corporation in good standing when actually the Indiana Secretary of State has no Annual Reports filed for the corporation since 1967.

Attorney Robert S. Walters received the Deed. Walters notarized the 1969 Articles of Fort Wayne National Corporation which actually wasn't "founded" until 1982 when The Kryder Company, Inc. expired, according to its Articles.
