Of Deed Record, The Kryder Company, Inc. owned a 1/2 interest in this property, conveyed to Trust F.S. 58070, Lauren O.King,Trustee; created and recorded June 7, 1943; re-recorded on NOVEMBER 1, 1950. The language of Clarence Kryder stated that the Kryder Company's interest was to be owned per stirpes, or by generation, and that the Trust shall expire "twenty years after the death of lauren O. King, Trustee."
