November 1, 1950 The "Trust F.S.58070" was re-recorded six months after the death of Clarence Kryder. There were no changes from the original 1943 instrument. The Trust was to expire "20 years after the death of Lauren King, Trustee," which occurred November 1993. The Trust document states ownership is per stirpes and concerns numerous lots of Fairfield Terrace B which had formerly been Quit-Claimed by the Kryders, including the mother of Katherine Kryder to C. Frank and Frank H.Kryder's company The Suburban Building Company of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Inc. On November 1,1950, Kenneth W. Maxfield, of the firm Beers,Mallers,Backs, and Salin, also began his career with North American Van Lines. On November 2, 1950 North American Properties was incorporated. On Novemer 9, 1950, Lauren O. King, Trustee transferred 67 Lots of this Fairfield Trust to Jack DuBrove, c/o "Main Hardware."
