The Kryder enterprises occupied a number of rooms on the second floor of the Lincoln Life/Standard/Elektron Building at 215 East Berry Street following the 1932 incorporation of The Kryder Company, Inc.

Clarence Frank Kryder's offices became the bookkeeping department of The Anthony Wayne Bank (formerly the Fort Wayne Morris Plan Company) after his death in 1950 while still ( and for many more years) the corporate offices of Hoopingarner Construction of which he had been incorporator and secretary-treasurer.

Polk's 1950 Fort Wayne City Directory lists Kryder Realty in room 309, also the office of Judge Walter E. Helmke, and later for many years the office of his son Walter P. Helmke whose son Paul Helmke was Mayor of Fort Wayne when the Kryder Estate was opened in 1995.
