Letter of Ron Felger,of Bordner and Felger In Ron Felger's Letter to the PR, he ignores the fact that the 1963 Resolution states that Glenn W. Bordner was in possession of the corporate records, and in order to have filed an Annual Report in 1967, after the 1966 death of Frank Kryder, the PR presumes he still had them then. Janice L. Burgette, Legal Assistant from the days of "Moorhead and Bordner" supplied the PR with the following information: A
number of records were burned before Moorhead and Bordner moved into
the new Fort Wayne Bank Building in 1969.
She does not remember any "Frank Kryder" but she does remember
his widow who was "destitute at the institute" and slipped
on the ice one year and broke her arm. Frank Kryder's widow, his fourth wife with whom he had no children, was moved to the county's new public housing project which was also built in 1969. When she died in 1981, she had no relatives other than a distant niece in California. Bordner resurfaced, posing as her attorney in order to clean up a few tag ends of the Kryders, and to pocket her Social Security Death Benefit. |
