The 1982 Deed to Lot 88 Original Plat

Lot 88,once a Parking Garage, had to be transferred out of the Evans Estate before the new Standard Federal Building at 200 East Main Street could be erected. "Eighty-Eight Original Plat, Inc.," upon which ceased filing Annual Reports in 1967 was claimed to be owned by Evans Properties, Inc. Another rental account not accounted for in the Estate of James Evans was the "Eighty-Eight OriginalPlat, Inc." corporately owned rental account for the parking garage.

When Evans Properties, Inc. was dissolved in 1983, Patrick Bruggeman became President of a new corporation, Harvester Park, Inc., a realty development the Day of the Brinks Mat Heist, 11/28/1983.

(Recall, in Fort Wayne Lot 88 Original Plat was the Parking Lot given to Patrick Bruggeman who incorporated Harvester Park, Inc., the reported day of the Brinks Mat Heist, - odd- Wiki says 11/26/1983 though the original leak reported the heist as having been
