A finger points heavenward on the grave of Mary Ann Treace, full-blooded Indian wife of Harrison W. Kryder,in Old Leo Cemetery, Allen County, Indiana.

Mary Ann died in 1879 when Clarence her son was nine years old, clearly a minor in terms of "Homestead" law.

The grave of Minnie Viola Kryder's parents Samuel Disler and Catharine Shirey. Minnie's grandfather Abraham Disler is buried in Fairfield Township, DeKalb County, Indiana.
