In Frank Kryder, Trustee's April 1950 Petition ex-parte, accompanying "Lot 209 Avondale Addition" the words "together with other real estate"
indicate 110 acres of Waynedale Gardens Second Addition.

Lot 209 Avondale was one of an assortment of Deeds Quit-Claimed by Frank H. Kryder, Trustee and Lauren O.King, Trustee, prior to the Probate of Clarence's Simple Will in 1954 which devised his estate to Minnie. Between 1954 and Minnie's Probate in 1960, the assets of Clarence and Minnie Kryder vanished.
